See my latest happenings on my blog.
Coming Soon! - I’m very excited to announce that To Heal a Heart, book two in my Masonville series of small town romances has been contracted and as I write this, is in final edits. No word yet on a release date. Read all about it here!
I’ll be holding blog tours and other events to celebrate the book’s release. I’ll keep you updated on my blog, in my newsletter and on Facebook and Twitter.
Child of Mine, book 1 in the series, will be on sale around the time of the release of book 2. The books are stand-alone romance novels and don’t necessarily have to be read in order, but I always believe it enhances the reading experience when you do.
November 2018 -“Lies and Solace” won Best Contemporary Romance in the I Heart Indie contest!
I’ve recently contracted with The Wild Rose Press to write a four-book small-town contemporary romance series. The first book in the series, CHILD OF MINE, is coming soon! Read all about it!
April 2018 - I’m so thrilled that my Love at Solace Lake series is now out in the world! Please check them out on this website: LIES AND SOLACE (book 1), SECRETS AND SOLACE (book 2), and TRUTH AND SOLACE (book 3).
I’m also happy to announce that three of my books have been made into audiobooks, and I’m thrilled with the way they turned out. If you like audiobooks as much as I do, I’m sure you’ll like these. Three done so far and more in production. I can’t wait! Listen to a sample on Audible: Flawless, Chill Out and Burning Love.
November 2017 – I’ve got a new three-book contemporary romance series coming in the New Year! Love at Solace Lake combines romance with a touch of mystery and a pinch of the paranormal. Here’s the blurb:
When their grandfather dies, the Lindquist sisters, Harper, Scarlet and Maggie, inherit the northern Minnesota fishing lodge that had been in their family for three generations. The inheritance is bittersweet. They were raised at the lodge by their grandparents. The natural beauty of the place hasn’t changed, but the building itself is crumbling and desperately in need of repair. The lodge also reminds them of what they lost. Twenty-two years previously, their parents died there in what was ruled a murder/suicide.
As the sisters struggle to breathe new life into the failing lodge, old fears and questions rise to the surface even as new love presents itself. Why did their father murder their mother? What truths did their grandparents keep from them? The sisters must fight to keep the wounds of the past from putting their futures, and their fledging relationships, in jeopardy.
As we get closer to release dates, more information will be available!

In other exciting news, I’m thrilled to announce that I received a 2015 Maple Leaf Award from Trans Canada Writers for Best Opening Hook for my humorous contemporary romance ALWAYS A BRIDESMAID. My novel also received Honorable Mentions for Favorite Novel and Favorite Heroine. I am happy beyond words!
Here’s what the judges had to say about ALWAYS A BRIDESMAID:
“The characters of Dani and Zach grow so beautifully from beginning to the end. The whole story grows – from the lighter, catchy beginning, to passionate scenes, to heartbreak, to something deeply emotional wherein Zach, especially, comes through. The author dealt with the heroine’s personal choice to have surgery with sensitivity and understanding and good reason – and when the hero acts with compassion – that’s where I started to get tears. The writing is quite lovely… I was not expecting so much depth in the story, especially when the author graced us with such phrases as ‘Chantal entered the dining room on a wave of perfume”. Good work!”
Thanks Trans-Canada Writers!
I got some other good news this month. First and Again received 5 Stars in a review from Reader’s Favorite.
And ONE MORE SECOND CHANCE received 5 Cups out of 5 and a ‘Reviewers Recommend Award’ from Coffee Time Romance. Awesome!
